Chief Operating Officer
Nicholas served for 18 years as a British Army officer, with broad operational experience including Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen and Somalia.
After leaving the Army, he founded a company in Mogadishu and developed it into a multi-jurisdictional logistics and communications business, which he subsequently sold. He holds an MBA and has been closely involved in designing and establishing the Mantle operating proposition.
Executive Director, Head of Resilience and Defence
Mick served for more than 25 years in the British Army, the majority within specialist military units, and led multinational and multi-agency teams in complex, high-risk environments.
He has experience establishing and scaling private ventures at the intersection of defence, national security and innovation, with a particular focus on sovereign capability ecosystems. He has also rowed the Atlantic.
