Information collected through this website

The Careers application form requests contact details, a CV, answers about the role, a notice period or earliest start date, and confirmation of the advertised role requirements. The website does not contain general contact forms or newsletter subscriptions.

We do not currently use website analytics, advertising trackers or behavioural profiling technologies.

When a visitor accesses the website, limited technical information, such as an IP address, browser type and request information, may be processed by the website’s hosting infrastructure where necessary to deliver and secure the website.

How information is used

Technical information associated with operating the website may be used only to:

Mantle Resilience Plc uses application information to assess suitability for the advertised role and communicate with applicants. The lawful bases are steps requested before entering an employment contract and legitimate interests in managing recruitment. We do not make automated hiring decisions through the form.

Applications and CVs are stored privately, with access restricted to authorised recruitment administrators: the CEO, COO and Directors, supported by service providers operating the application service. Unsuccessful applications and CVs are retained for six months following submission and then deleted. Information relevant to successful applicants may become part of their employment record.

Applicants should not provide sensitive security-vetting information at this stage. Rights requests can be sent to the registered office below.
